I provide counselling and psychotherapy making use of evidence-based therapies. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, empathetic, and supportive. I work from a collaborative and strength-based perspective and help clients attain optimal mental health by creating a safe space in which they feel heard and validated. I treat clients with various issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, separation and divorce, illness and personal injury.

I combine various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and Attachment-Based Therapy. I work with couples who are struggling with issues such as connection, communication and emotional safety. All couples experience conflict in their relationship; I provide tools so that couples can manage conflict better. With these skills, they have the ability to repair the rupture between them.
